We offer guidance and care to support you in your unique walk of life. There is no set trajectory, as we like to tune together with you to your natural rhythm of growth and transformation.

Sacred Earth Medicines are tools we use to support you in your process, but are never a means of itself.

Intake

When you feel drawn to work with us we start our journey together an intake. You will receive an intake form which we ask you to complete before our intake session together. This will take place through Zoom or in-person.

During the intake we have an opportunity to get to know each other. We ask questions about your current life situation, daily routines, health conditions and important past events.

Together we create clarity about what feels authentic to you on how to be in this life. This becomes the guiding principle for the process we will support you in.

Single Sessions

Single sessions take place through Zoom or in-person. A single session can be a space to reflect upon where you are in your process and on what you encounter in your life. It can be a space to work with things you are struggling with and look deeper into your belief systems and recurring life events.

During a single session we work with healing modalities we have encountered within our own healing journey, offer you tools to work with in your daily life and focus on integration.

Ceremonies

During a ceremony you have an opportunity to work with one of the sacred earth medicines we offer. Ceremonies take place in both individual and group settings, depending on your journey and the medicine we work with.
Some ceremonies and medicines can bring deep, profound healing on fundamental levels of your being. In the months following the ceremony we will focus on how to integrate these experiences and insights. So they can become a harmonious foundation from which you are in the world.
Because integration challenges us in our dedication towards our being, we only offer ceremonies as part of the journey which we have agreed upon walking together. You can read more about this within our disclaimer.
