Our breath is our connection to life. Breath enters us as we are born and it will leave us again when we die.
Conscious breathing grounds us in the present moment. It can help us to move stagnant energies, release tension and trauma and makes us more resilient. It relaxes the nervous system, boosts energy levels as well as our immune system. It helps with releasing toxins from the body and creates a deeper connection with ourselves, our body and our surroundings. Resulting in an overall greater sense of wellbeing.
We work with a variety of breath practices such as traditional Yoga Kriyas, Wim Hof inspired methods and Holotropic Breathwork. Our breathwork is held within group ceremonies and individual settings.
