MICRODOSING

Microdosing is the practice of taking about 5-10% of a full dose of a certain psychedelic medicine (for example mushrooms, cactus etc.).

You continue to perform your daily activities (like your job, taking care of your household, creative work, exercise etc.) while being in a lightly enhanced state of consciousness.

Studies have shown that microdosing can improve cognitive functions, mental health (like depression, anxiety), sleep patterns and enhance overall mood.

A general microdosing rhythm looks like:

1 dosing day – the actual day that you are taking the microdose (mostly in the morning)

1 reflection day – this day is to reflect back on your observations, experiences and insights of the microdosing day, as well as observe any lingering effects

1 resting day – this is your day ‘off’, to give yourself the space to rest & digest and let everything settle.

It’s our experience that microdosing is most effective when it’s combined with a clear intention and with journaling about your experiences.

Microdosing is part of a journey. During our sessions together we will clarify your intention, discuss current themes in your life and reflect upon what’s coming up for you during your journey. Accompanied with this you will receive your microdosing package, including enough microdoses for 1 month and a microdosing journal sheet to support you in tracking your process.
